Solarday focuses on the Dutch market which is increasingly strategic in the expansion projects of the Italian module manufacturer. The company has recently opened a new office in Spain to be even more present in the growing European market. The Dutch market represents a solid market. In fact, the Dutch energy policy foresees to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 49% by 2030, by 95% by 2050 and that 100% of electricity comes from sources renewables by 2050. This breakthrough culminates in the growth of renewable energy deployments in the country and should create ample opportunities for the solar market. The Netherlands solar energy market is expected to register a CAGR of over 10.5% during the forecast period of 2022-2027.

For this reason, Solarday has decided to have a Dutch team led by Alexander Hubers and Jerzy Kole. The company ́s goal this year is to firmly establish the brand in the Netherlands. On the strength of the recent successes in the collaboration and recruitment of Dutch and Belgian partners, Solarday has in fact chosen to present the company and the new products at the next Solar Solutions International fair in Haarlemmermeer from 12 to 14 April. They will introduce their new products such as the HC410 and continue to offer the HC340. Their BIPV products – photovoltaic architectural integration products – are available to their premium partners.
Alexander Hubers, Solarday Country Manager for the Netherlands, located at the headquarters in Valencia, Spain, said: ́ ́Since 2004, Solarday has produced a wide variety of modules, from 5 ́cells, colored modules, glass-to-glass finishing to the current half-cutting technology. Our factory and variety of EU suppliers, offer us an exclusive European module, with minimum production time and flexibility on request. We were the first solar company to have a 12-year product warranty in the market, back at 2009. Right now, our expertise on long-standing products, brings us to have 20 years warranty on all of our products. We have focused primarily on the Italian market, but it ́s time to spread our wings. The Dutch solar energy market is one of the biggest in the EU and we must be part of the current and future activities".
