Mono line

A modern design, the materials used in their manufacture that guarantee high efficiency and long life, and 100% made in Italy production are the strengths of Solarday modules. Mono modules can be recognized at a glance: they are dark blue, almost black in color. The cells have beveled edges and are made of monocrystalline silicon crystals, all oriented in the same direction. This type is more efficient: it needs less surface area than polycrystalline modules to generate the same amount of energy. In fact, the mono module is the one with the highest efficiency: it ranges from 18 to 20 percent efficiency and, to produce 1 Kw "peak" power needs about 6 square meters. Monocrystalline modules are usually composed of 60 cells and reach a power output of between 300 and 315 Wp peak. It is also possible to have the 72-cell variant with which powers between 350 - 370 Wp can be achieved.
