The best for the best
The story of each Solarday panel starts with the search for the best BOM components on the market with a special focus on the geographical origin of the materials, always preferring European raw materials.
We do regular tests on suppliers and constant quality checks in our Italian factory where each Solarday panel comes to life.
Made in Italy quality
Our factory has a production capacity of 400 MW per year, we take care of every panel process, offering our partners the possibility to customize modules according to their power and finishing requirements.
- Stringer with assembly capacity of M2 to G12 cells with different BusBar layouts;
- Positioning of different encapsulants according to panel type (EVA – POE);
- Use of highly resistant glass and cuts of different sizes;
- Product customization through different design options, from standard to Full Black and Coloured.
Quality control
Once the production process is complete, we perform Flash Test, Electroluminescence Test, Grounding Test and Gel Content Test on each panel.
Attention to processes and the search for the highest quality raw materials allows us to offer our partners the best, a reliable, high-performance european product.
Packaging
Our care also extends to the packaging process, which guarantees the safety of each module during transport and delivery.
The European Union has also tested and approved our packaging in terms of safety and efficiency.
Our packaging is designed to reduce waste and made of more sustainable materials than market standards.
