Milan-based historic solar manufacturer, Solarday, has increased its sales by +317% in the first half of 2022. This is the result of the expansion plan which started in 2021, with the addition of the European markets and local subsidiaries.
In the first six months of this year, Solarday’s sales have tripled, in comparison to the same period of the las year. At the same time, it is entering other markets, also outside Europe, with deliveries to Lebanon, Albania and Senegal.
From a European perspective, there is a clear interest in the B2B PV sector for products manufactured in the EU: not only to favour better control and availability but also to promote reindustrialisation and reduce dependence on foreign markets.
As announced by Carlo Marson, marketing director; “Solarday is already working towards 2023 on participating in the most important trade fairs of the industry that will take place in different European countries: Intersolar in Germany, Genera in Spain, Solar Solutions in the Netherlands, Energaia in France, NEC in England, etc…”.
The types of products sold are diverse, as Solarday not only offers the latest trend with the HC technology modules but also stands out for the versatility of its production line, with a portfolio that includes modules with classic cells, BIPV modules and modules for repowering.
